Help with some render tips?

Hello, as I am soooo new to vray I was hoping someone could help me with this render? It looks blurry sort of and not sure where to go from here? ARGH!! Any help would be appreciated as this can be sooooo frustrating sometimes!!

Hi Jay Shockey,

Can you post some more information on what you're after?
Note that it's not always the render settings that will make your render look better.
Most often than not the lighting setup, materials, models, etc. have the biggest impact on the realism and looks of the image.
