Yes, as you've already guessed, it depends on application side camera settings - changing them should be reflected immediately in V-Ray Vision (as long as Vision's Live Link option is enabled and the camera is linked).

Changing the FOV is the most basic operation.
Would you like to have a wide angle or zoom without moving when taking pictures indoors?
