Not quite yet, I'm afraid, but our devs have been working on this feature internally along with adding other improvements to Light Gen. Stay tuned for future updates

To add an update to this - with the latest release for V-Ray 5 for SketchUp, update 1.5, this is now possible! More information you can find here and here.
