Please quit SketchUp then open Spotlight(cmd + space) and type Network Utility. Then go to Port Scan(Last tab on the right).
Check the "Only test ports between" and enter 54544 and 54546 so we can get the results for the 54545 port.
See if this port is taken or it's free. If it's not free this means that another program or process is using it and we will need to find it.
