Vision - live link failed

Hello, I have just installed Vray for Sketchup and can not open Vision. Receive an error - Live Link Failed.
ALSO... when I make a render I receive a message:

Assets Preview Renderer] Error: Renderer with ID generic has not been found Are these related. Thank You!

Hi Slavcho, Thanks for responding! I have started a ticket #24790 with exhibits. ALSO... I'm getting stopped with the Password when responding.
