  • Viewport Rendering in Sketchup not reading Lightmix Values & Lighting is different

Hi there, I was fixing the materials in the viewport render in Vray for Sketchup and later realised it's not the same lighting system as the Vray VFB. It does not read the Lightmix values of the domelight which was set in the VFB or even shows the domelight. It insteads adds the environment and sunlight. (I think) So the lighting came out completely different between the VFB interactive & the viewport interactive. Is this how the Viewport Rendering Works or am I missing something? Does it not read the domelight & the lightmix values? Adding screenshots for reference (oh, I'm unable to add screenshots in the forums now.. is there a bug?) I'm sharing a link of the screenshot instead https://snipboard.io/03akGV.jpg https://snipboard.io/TrtHXa.jpg Hope you guys can clarify this.. Thanks

    Hi manishpaul_simon,

You are correct - the viewport rendering result does not take into account the VFB manipulations you've applied.
The result is also missing denoising and lens effects.
This is something we intend to improve further down the line.
