Unanswered questions

Hello Chaos team,

this is not a criticism, but I would like to know why, on the different sections of the forum to which I am subscribed, so many questions remain unanswered?
For my part, I have 15 of my questions that remain unanswered by you.
Does this mean that :
- you didn't read them (because of lack of time or because you forgot)
- you read them but did not answer
- you have read them but they do not interest you

What is your policy in the management of the messages of the forum?

Hi DCHA34,

At this stage we do not have a person dedicated to answering questions on the forum.
I'm doing my best to answer as much as I can in between my product management tasks but there are periods during which I can't do it (often the case around major releases).
Peter Chaushev is also active on the forum but once again he has other job assignments (QA and Product Management) and can't always answer quickly.

Bottom line is, every post and every question is valuable to us.
Please continue sharing anything that you're struggling with and any improvement suggestions that you have - It helps us a great deal.
And we'll do our best to be more responsive, now with V-Ray 6 out the door.
