  • How to unassign a V-RayObject (Fur, Enmesh, Scatter)

    Basic question.

How to unassign a V-RayObject (Fur, Enmesh, Scatter) in V-Ray SketchUp?
Is there no choice but to delete the V-RayObject in the asset editor?

For example, if one Enmesh is assigned to multiple groups, how to unassign Enmesh to a specific group?

    sorry. i found the answer.

Special objects can be removed from geometry by double clicking on the group/component, selecting the special object's widget and then selecting the Erase option from the context menu (right-click to open the context menu).

However, this is difficult to figure out.

It would be nice to have an unassign menu command.

Yep, as of right now, this is the only way.

I agree, I'll log this as a feature request.
        Thank you for sharing.
