Globalize what does it mean in materials for vray for sketchup
And here's what it means:
Most textures are listed only under the material using them (as children).
However, when a texture is instantiated and connected to multiple materials, it becomes a global texture.
This shows it not only under the parent material but also in the global textures list.
The bottom line is you can force-globalise a texture manually in case this is needed.
