material overide and proxys

Hello.
When rendering with material override, some textures and proxys render with their materials.
I thought override would override them!

Proxy Mesh and Proxy Scene assets have a "Use Mtl Override" parameter. When enabled, their materials should be overridden by the Material Override option. Please check this option for Proxy Scene and Proxy Mesh assets and also the "Can be Overridden" option for materials.
If the issue persists you can send us the scene file (or a selected part of it exhibiting the problem) by packing your project from the SketchUp menu > Extensions > V-Ray > Pack Project and then share the resulting archive through https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new (please make sure to mention the link to the Forum thread in the message).
