  • How to save 16 bit EXR including corrections?

I would like to save a 16 bit EXR after applying corrections in the frame buffer. How can i do this? Or how do i get a 16 bit EXR including the frame buffer corrections into Photoshop?

    Hi,

You simply have to enable the auto-save option and specify a path.
The next time you render the .exr file is going to be saved.

If you keep the Multichannel option disabled, the VFB corrections will be saved with the image.

Thank you for your answer! But for me it's no difference if i set a file path or save it from the frame buffer, or if i enable single file for the channels or not. The resulting image is always the same and too dark (looks like the image in the frame buffer when i disable ALL corrections). But what i found is that, when i select to discard the embeded profile when i open the EXR in PS, it looks good. Not sure why, i thought it would all be sRGB, but anyhow, it works...
Btw. the EXR is always saved with 32 bit, no matter if i select 16 or 32 bit in V-Ray.
