  • Vray Color picker - how to pick a color?

    Hello dear community,

I am a 3ds Max Corona/V-Ray user, and for some projects, I need to dive into SketchUp + V-Ray.
My question is very simple: we have the V-Ray color picker, where we can adjust colors with various parameters, etc., but I cannot find the picker itself. Each time, I need to manually add the colors into the RGB/sRGB input fields.
Am I missing something? I thought that, especially with the sRGB option, I could color pick the colors inside and outside of SketchUp. But where is this pipette?

    Thank you in advance.

      Hi Dart_Design,

The screen color sampling pipette is currently not available in the V-Ray Color Picker.
The good news is that this feature has already been recognized by our team as a valuable improvement and it will be implemented as soon as possible.
I also encourage you to share this suggestion on our Ideas Portal. It helps our development team prioritize user-requested features, and it’s a great way to get involved in shaping future updates.
