about shadow

hi all,
I have a quastion, how to turn off the shadow...= =?
I used default setting... but it always have shadow...
The default light box is unchecked, GI has turn on.
my render still have shadow.
no matter what i do....just can turn it off...
and the direction of shadow will change everytime i render... :'(

There is a shadow setting in the global options that should allow you to turn shadows on and off.
