need help for this design !

Hi everyone
How can I make this room design wich I have attached more real in the render view by vray?
I have faced these flowing problems:
1- How can I make a mirror material.
2- How can I make a reflecting and transparent glass.
3- How can I deal with lights like sun light or fluorescent light.
4- How can I make the floor shining.

I will very grateful for any help.
