Does anybody know what are those black spots around the center window?

Without really seeing your settings or any of your setup I would speculate that its from dark samples from the irradiance map. You can by pass this by enabling Check Sample Visability in the advance IR settings (towards the middle/bottom of the IR rollout). If its not that then post some of your settings and I'll be able to help out a bit better.
