please help me noise problem

Hi i just register for this forum because i have a problem first time i rendered something its got so much noise on it i dont know why? i was used normal settings loaded internal settings please help me guys. how can i fix this ???

In order to say exactly I'll have too look at your settings (so upload them if you can), but just from looking at the image its either an IR or LC issue. My guess would be some kind of LC issue because its way too even to be a standard IR issue, plus that would be a scene that would exhibit more secondary bounce noise. Other than that its really hard to say, so posting your settings would be a big help.

these setting orginal settings inside of vray for sketchup.I was just load one.I dont know settings for good renders could you send me a good settings?

Check out the presets that I made with IR and LC. They are more suited for this situation, and will hopefully go faster without QMC.

On another note, I would never recommend using the very high presets. They are almost always extreme overkill, and can sometimes cause issues like the ones you're seeing. Believe it or not, most of the time medium will do just fine.
