Transparency Mapping

Hey,

Has any body got a tutorial on transparency mapping or a quick step by step guide, I tried the one in the Manual but I can't seem to get it to work, all help is appreciated, thanks.

BTW, it's usually referred to as "Clipmapping" if you're doing searches for more info.
