    2 choices

1 - fiddle with u and v, try values like 0.01 to see a result (hit and miss), also check that the path for the texture files is valid.

2 - start again by creating a sketchup material using the texture files associated with the vismat - in your case "concrete-29_d100" and apply in sketchup - you should now be able to see the material on the model. next create a linked vray material to this texture and then you will be able to add the bump map (in your case "concrete-29_b005") set the multiplier for this to about 0.5. This method allows you to see the material in sketchup and position and size it as you wish, then vray takes this info when rendering it.

    Good luck

yes a linked material is away to go about solving this, but if there are additional layers like refraction or reflection, do you have to manually match the settings, or is there an inherit properties command or can you turn a default material into a linked one? thanks
