3ds Max 9 (x86) VisMat converter no longer downloadable?

I am trying to convert my .mat files to .vismat with 3dsmax 9 and read the only way is to download the converter and then follow the tutorial within 3ds. My problem is that the converter on the website seems not to be able to download.

The error that comes up says: the file is not available on the server.

Does anyone know another place to download the converter or know why it's not working on this website?
