Interior settings??

Does anyone know how to get the best results out of a Interior Night Rendering??? I can't seem to find the right settings or to use GI or not? Any suggestions??

If its the GI settings u want?! try setting the colour a dark blue- i only use one omni for internal illumination, and emmissive materials for the rest. but to get the contrast right is proper tricky!
