I want to buy a new pc...

can some one give me an advice about what a pc needs to be a good render / workstation..

As fast, and as many cores as you can afford. As much memory as you can get in there (but about 3 gb should do). And a decent graphics card.

I was thinking about a Q9300 processor, 4GB memory & a Club 3D 9800X2 graphics card...

With the pc I am now using I cant make models larger than 67MB.. because Sketchup gives a runtime error when I try to render.

Would that problem be solved whit a new system

One more question will vray for Sketchup work on a 64bit system.?

I have it on my XPx64 system...seams to work fine

what do you think about the rest of the system.. is it ok or can I beter use other parts

Drivers is the about the only thing that you'll want to check. A while ago there weren't too many for 64 bit, but recently they've been coming around. Most software doesn't have any issues running on xp64...very few at most.
