why is the first tree like this?...i´d like to get the result of the second tree or if you have a better way to do it please tell me people!!! i´d be thankful ;D

Those bunches of leaves are png files (or similar format) with alpha tranparency which VRay doesn't currently support- you'll need to make black and white clip maps from those image files and load them into the Transparency slot in VRay's material editor for them to display properly. Don't forget to tick the "reflection" tick box and set a 100% black reflection to workaround a VRay bug.
