  • Settings for default camera: parallel projection!

    Hi Everybody.

I need to render some elevations, so I need a parallel projected view. already checked the posts about it but to increase the focal length is not working for me. when I tried the default camera my render turned out to be completely white. so if someone can share settings for very simple elevations renderings with the default camera , I would be most thankful...deadline is almost here.

The standard camera may be turning out completely white due to over-exposure. Make sure you are not using the physical sky in either the background or GI map because they are extremely bright.

I assumed you meant the standard camera when you said "Default camera" but if you mean the physical camera then you will need to turn that off. There is no such thing as a parallel projection for a real camera - so the physical camera will not render a parallel view as expected ( though it should not turn out white, it should still render perspective ).
