Tips, settings and Tutorial Section

To the moderators, site admin.

Is it possible to have a seperate section for Tips and Tutorial section for the members. This will be beneficial for everybody. I just read David's tips there and soon this will be forgotten if its kept at the general section. I have seen also good tuorial here and there before. its just nice to know each and everyone knowledge and findings. so if we ahve this in seperate section, assuredly its a good refuge for resources.
