    These two parameters seemingly controls the input gamma of Textures and Colors. Is it to de-Gammalize a texture to linear data for caculations in Vray? Is it the automated version of Linear Workflow?





    Then, is it true that we don't have to change each texture's Gamma input?

    Please see my post in your other thread for further explanation, but basically, the idea for the gamma system in vfsu is that it all gets controlled via the options in global switches. After you've set things there, then you don't have to worry about dealing with individual textures, or different colors, or whats going on with color mappings.

    Its set up so it shouldn't be a headache. Just make your adjustments in Global Switches and don't worry about it any more.
