  • unfinished renderings

I'm new to vray, just using a few weeks. When I started, I could output decent renderings. Since then, I've been playing with materials and lighting and now I can't render anymore. I'll start the render, it will go for about a minute, and say it is completed when it clearly isn't. The image looks like it's only in the beginning stages of a render with lots of pixelation and black spots. Because the image looks like this and the render process is so fast, I can only describe it as the rendering doesn't finish. I don't know if I changed a setting somewhere or what. Please help!

    Re: unfinished renderings

Well there's a number of things that you might have clicked that could have done things. Rather than postulate as to what those things might be, I'd encourage you to either reload the default settings and go from there, or reload a preset that ships with vfsu and go from there.

At the top of the options box, you'll see File. Restoring the defaults is one option and Load will allow you to use a saved visopt
