• Brigthen a Vray material!

I would like to know how i can make a vray material brighter?

right now i am using brick_deepbrown.vismat (http://asgvis.com/index.php?option=c...fileinfo&id=41) but when i render it is it getting darker than dark. I would like to see it much brighter.

With brighter i mean that the texture is getting lighter not giving light.

ThanQ for the help
Dutch tutorials for Sketchup and V-ray: Proseduction.nl

And although i have some tutorials i still am learning!

Hi,

If all the scene is looking too dark, then you have to check the settings of GI & physical camera.

If only your brick texture is looking too dark, you should make the "DIFFUSE" map brighter (you can use any photo editor, PS, photo brush ...etc).

This should definitely work.

In material editor, change the multiplier of the texture from 1 to 2, or higher
I think it will work. I always use gamma correction(2.2-2.2)and check both boxes under gamma correction control (don't remember exact the name of that )
But first try with multiplier of the texture.
