  • Help!

OK, I am still having the problem where my texture won't show up at all. It shows up in Sketchup, but not in Vray.

BUT, even worse, is out of nowhere it starts rendering like this, even after I removed all my materials from the scene:

It looks like someone set it on fire and this is the aftermath!

Does anyone have any guidance for me? I'm getting rather frustrated. Thank you so much!

looks like a big disease =) sorry thats the first time i've seen that. How exactly do you apply the materials to the model? are you using su materials or vray materials?

Not the first time I've seen it, and luckily its the culprit of one setting...In the DMC Sampler change the Adaptive Amount from 1 to .8

        Re: Help!

Thank you so much! I have to admit I was getting rather tired of that. Now I just have to figure out my texture image problem...

So, what is the best way to apply materials?

What I have been doing is creating a Vray material and then selecting it from the "In Model" portion of the Sketchup Materials control panel. Then I painted the surface with it, and it showed up fine in Sketchup but nothing was there in Vray. For example:

If any one else has advice about this, I'd love some input!
