ok i have a bunch of random questions:
1. what is the latest version of vray and how do i get it?
2. how do i check what version of vray is installed on my computer (cuz i dont remember what it was)
3. hmm i had alot more questions but i forgot what they were... so ust these for now. i'll post some more later... haha sorry :

the build number of the one in the downloads section should be 1.00.71 or .73.

V-Ray academic isn't actually different, but is for people who have purchased an academic license. Academic licenses can only be purchased by people who are in school, people teaching those people (professors), or academic institutions. Those licenses can't be used for professional use.
