Creating spotligts - deadline comming......

Hi

I'm trying to create a theatre with some spotslights added.

I'm having some problems to get it right.

I have created a Spotlight, by useing a tube and a round face. The face has added a material (onesided) that has a emmesive layer added.

I think it looks a bit strange and not the way I wan't it to to many blobs and the spotlight is not really acting like a spotlight.

Can anyone give some advices sence I have a deadline nearing I have to act this - sorry.

It would seem that you need small lights - for a spotlight, an omnilight would seem appropriate - dont use an emmissive material to illuminate a scene - it is possibly causing the blotches.

closes thing that i did in spotlight. dont now if it work, jsut have a try.

create a small box, with a hole on one face. put an omni light inside that box. that's waht i have done before with my Worship series.

Thanks to everyone.

I'm getting there, but still have some problems.

This image is ok. There are some dots on the ceiling. But I can live with them.


But I have some problems with white dots on the wall of this one. I have tried to raise the Subdivs to 100 and Samples to 40.
