Hey guys. I have been having some problems and was hoping some one could help me out. I can't seem to figure out how to include backround images in my renders. For example...in some interior renderings, you can see some kind of a background sence when you look out the window. How is this done? THanks so much.

i think you're talking about hdri. in the options go to GI i think and switch from sun and sky to bitmap and set a checkmark by "environment". if you are using a physical camera, crank up the multiplier to around 5000 and render. you can download hdri images from here...

THanks I will try that. Actually I tried that in the past and my sky always turns out black? Would that be a camera issue? If I change it from sky to bitmap...will shadows from the sun still appear in my render?Comment
