Material Problem

I had a perfect material, rendered few times.
But suddenly it doesn't appear in the render!
even when i apply this map in new scene the happens.

please help me, i have to hand the final product in two days.
here is the texture:

i converted the image to png and it worked for a minute.
now when i hit render it crushes before rendeing

p.s i did nothing except convert JPG to PNG

HELP! :'(
