Has anyone read this book? Can anyone recommend it?

    Re: VRay The Complete Guide

Seems good source for V-ray education. Yes, a feedback from would be really helpful to us newbes. Or if someone knows about the author and can give some feedback then it would be great.

    thanks

well, it looks like a"bible"...a very heavy bible
I had a book at 1600 pages for auto cad, so I guess it's that kind of book, where everything it's explained. Anyway, like someone said on the sketchup forum, it seams to be the perfect gift for Christmas!
By the way, I just got married, so....I'll buy it for my wife!

It is for Max and makes very little, if any, reference to VfSU. I haven't gotten my hands on it, but that's what was explained when he posted about it a while back ago. You guys have already complained about the "not for SU" thing, but as I've explained a number of times, V-Ray is V-Ray.
