I thought we could use this post to collect
information on plants ...
such software, such techniques, how best to maximize the models ...
I think it is very very very useful ....
I tried both Onix that Xfrog .... beautiful ... Xfrog is indeed magnificent, but .... exaggerated ... then do not say that Xfrog tune works well .... I think a bluff ...

PERSONALLY I WORK WELL WITH
Tree|d| from the maker of Gile|s| is the best tree generator I've found ...
the only real problem is the other side of the face (map coordinates ...)
problem has already been handled by DCauldwell and his blue bamboo ...

Thanks for the nice software.
I couldn't find a plugin to import *.x or *.b3d files into SU!!!!!

.x is directx format ... specific for game developer but ...
use GILE [ s ] only 30$ but is possible download the demo ...
1. create few palnt with plant [ d ] (save as .x or .b3d)
2. open it in gile [ s ] (arrange it if yw)
3. export in 3ds or obj (I prefer old 3ds format)
4. import in sk ... fight with blue syndrome (....bamboo leaf)
