The release notes for 1.05.02 mentioned extra properties for lights, but where missing. 1.05.03 enables these properties. The info is buried in the announcement.

The updated V-Ray for SketchUp builds are available with the Affect Diffuse/Specular/Reflctions options added. Sorry for the mix up on these. You can download from the same locations
