render problems Please help

I've been trying to add some materials to my project and no matter what type of material I choose, when rendered they never shows. I'm using simple materials that come with Vray, such as shiny crome, etc. I've tried every tutorial and never works. In the preview when I add material it seems fine, but when rendered nothing happens, looks like everything is white. I've tried several render options and still nothing...

If anyone can help me I would apreciate it a lot

You're going to need to give more information and probably post some screen captures, you're option settings, or a scene.
