  • How was this VRay rendering done??!!!

    Greetings,

    The attached image was taken from the ASGvis website. It is a project called 'UNC Carolina'. Can someone please tell me how this was done? The principals at my firm will buy VRay instantly if I can replicate these results!

    I'm guessing VRay with a photoshop filter? Anyone?

    yup photoshop filter... filter > artistic > paint daubs (that maybe a bit of cutout)
    then again filter > sketch > graphic pen.

    try these as layer overlays to control strengths of effects... u should get pretty damn close...

      A lot of complex photoshopping and rendering in layers. This is not an out of the box solution, and is the work of one of our very talented artists in our visualization studio.
