White Dots when rendering

I am using 40th's visopt settings for his recent living room setup. I get these annoying white spots all ove the cabinets.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

what version of vray are you using??

In the Color Mapping rollout enable Clamp Output and Subpixel mapping. Also, if you're using emissive materials try switching over to lights if possible.
