    Hi guys!
I'm new and i check often in this forum tryng to solve my problems...
now i had to post a question...
I do interior designs and from few months i start using vray for sketchup but now i had to do my first exterior and the problem is:
    HOW CAN I RENDER TREES?
can i assign an alpha channel to a cutout tree on a plan like i used to do in previous software?(and if so, someone please can light my way? ???)
and if not there is another way, avoiding to insert 3d plants? i can't even place them!!
here there's one of the images,

it will be modified in Ps but insert there trees and shadows it's too much work!!
    can anybody helpme?

    Thanks,
    LoSbarbo

    Re: trees and alpha channel

Make a grayscale clipmap from your diffuse bitmap in a photo editing program and load that into the the "Transparency" slot in the VfSU Texture Editor.
