Yep, I really hope they manage to include a textured infinite plane in the next major release... ideally procedural!

I hope we'll be able to take a look at the infinite plane mapping situation for the next version, both for mapping images and having procedurals work more reliably. Setting up the mapping for procedurals will still require setting up a dummy mapping in SU.
