    Cost For Upgrade?

    I have a corporate license for VRay for SketchUp v6, but I've been talking to my superiors about upgrading to the latest version of VRay for SketchUp v7.

    How much does it cost to upgrade from the older version of VRay to the newest version?

    I am currently using V-Ray 1.49.01.
    SketchUp 8.0.11752
    Windows 7 Professional-64 bit
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 K655 @ 3.20GHz
    8.00GB of RAM, 1.2TB Hard Drive

      Hey THOMTHOM,

      Thanks for responding so quickly!

      That's great if that's the case, I just wanted to make sure. I have VRay for SU1.0, and I was told that I was going to have to pay to upgrade it to VRay for SU1.5.

      I have the link to upgrade it, but I was told that I would first have to uninstall the older version of VRay first, then install the new one. If I do have to pay for the upgrade, then that means the link I have is just for a 30-day demo.

      Are you 100% sure that it's free to upgrade from 1.0 to 1.5?

        He's 100% sure because he's 100% correct!

        If you have the full, all-bought-and-paid-for VfSU v.1.0, the upgrade to v1.6 (it's actually a service release) is free.
        SU 2018 + VfSU 4.0
