Inserting image in Post

How do I insert an image directly into my post instead of a link ???

Ok so that inserts the link to my image, but I see other posts and the image is directly in the post, I know it says you can't but I read somewere (cant find were) saying there is a way to do it....Any Ideas...

No, not the LINK tag. IMG tag. Second button from the left - under the italic button.
