Trouble purchasing Vray For Sketchup

Hi Asgvis team,

Our office is trying to purchase a Vray for Sketchup license, but our efforts fail.
At the checkout and after filling out the personal info page, it says an ID could not be made.

Could someone of the support team please help us out here?

Hello, I am the one Damien said would be contacting you. I need some information that I wouldn't want you posting on the forum to set your account up for purchasing. I checked and you have an account it is just incomplete. Can you email sales@asgvis.com with your name, and address for me? I will fix it on the back end as soon as I get the message.
