          this happend to me too! and i just reversed the face of the glass...because it was in the purple face, not the black one....
          that works for me :^)

            I'm pretty sure I've had this even though BOTH sides had the transparent material applied.
            Please mention what V-Ray and SketchUp version you are using when posting questions.

              Jackson, there is nothing in the PM.

              Still no luck with it, I reverted back to using an older model when the doors worked and making changes around the doors, kind of a pain in the butt.

                  I know it's been some time since this was posted but I came across the same issue and found the solution that worked for me. I made the frosted glass just a surface (no volume/thickness). Then, in the V-Ray Asset editor I went to Refraction and selected "Thin-Walled". This seemed to fix the issue. Hope this helps anyone looking for a fix to this problem.
