SketchUp Problem

Hey Guys,

This is more of a sketchUp problem than a Vray one, but I am sure someone in these forums will know whats going on.....here are a couple of images to try explain the problem

Image 1: this is how the screen should look



Image 2: But every now and then it turns to this



The right side of the screen is missing, if I rotate or move my model only the left hand side will show my model....when I close my model down and re-open everything is back to normal....until it happens again that is.......

Anybody know why this is happening.................... ??? thanks for all and any help

Got an ATI graphics card by any chance?

If so, ATI drivers are notorious for not supporting OpenGL properly. You may be able to update your current driver or find modded drivers, but the best long-term solution is to use nVidia graphics cards with up-to-date (or modded) drivers.

Hey Jackson,

I have a NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT graphics card so I will update that and see how I get on, would that be the main cause of the problem or is there anything else you can think off?

If you still have problems after updating to nVidia's latest driver build you can try using laptopvideo2go's modded drivers:
