Best manual/tutorial for the material editor?

I find the vray for sketchup material editor slightly different from the one in 3d studio and would like to straighten out some questionmarks I have,
So basicly what the title of my post says, which one is the best in Your opinion.

The manuals and tutorials you find here on the ASGVis site. Haven't heard about many other resources.

After you grasp the basics from the manual, you could dld. some materials available here, and check the settings.
