cant get shadow to render.

i noticed that vray wasnty rendering the shadow of one particular object. does this happen to other people as well? the leg of the chair has no shadow if it touches the ground. but it does if it is in the air.

That's weird, I've never seen that before. Does it only affect that ground plane or does it occur on any surface (for example a V-Ray Infinite Plane).

Might it be related to one of the number of bias values in the settings?
