Memory Failure (HELP PLEASE)

Hi
Im having trouble rendering a large image (2048x1536)
As soon as it getting to the rendering part I get a memory failure.

In Task manager it says Im only using 69% of my memory.

I have 6gb DDR3 Coursair GT Dom Ram

So this has got me confussed

I have to have this job finished by 3rd Dec
