Why the textures in a skp file.. are not stored for vray???

hi my friends.. i do a model and send to my friend that apply the textures.. he apply them by sketchup an then.. work with the bump and diffuse mapping in vray..

why when he send me the file.. that is bigger than before.. (the maps are correctly applied in sketchup..) when i render.. the vray render progress tell me that it search the texture on the local drive?? (in the folder of my friend's pc..)

result a render without textures.. i need to apply the map by the vray map editor for every texture???
