vfSU on windows 7, invalid memory access

hi i need help guys, i recently switch my OS to windows 7, sketchup 7 works fine but vray wont work. alsways shos error 998:invalid memory access...
anyone have an idea how o fix this? thx

I've not experience that on my of the Windows7 computers I've used.
Have you tried reinstalling?

I believe it is a ram issue. try watching your resource monitor and see how much ram is getting used.

Could be the RAM itself that's damaged.
